Latest On Brock Lesnar’s Expected Future Following WWE SummerSlam

Brock Lesnar is set to battle Oba Femi at WWE SummerSlam this weekend, and a new report has details on his expected future afterward. Lesnar and Femi will face off on the first night of the PLE on Saturday inside Hell in a Cell. The match will be the third between them after Femi’s win WrestleMania 42 and Lesnar’s win at Clash in Italy.

According to WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select, sources have indicated that this is not expected to be the last match for Lesnar. One source noted that they would be “surprised” if Lesnar wasn’t off TV for a while afterward, then came back in time for WrestleMania 43 in Saudi Arabia.

Brock Lesnar has a history of keeping his plans close to the vest so that they rarely leak out. Whatever the possibility of this being his last match, it’s not something that has been discussed or is widely known backstage in WWE.

WWE SummerSlam takes place on August 1st and 2nd from US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The show airs live on ESPN Unlimited in the US and on Netflix internationally.
