Latest on Status Of Kairi Ahead of AEW WrestleDream

AEW WrestleDream takes place tomorrow, and a report has an the latest on Kairi potentially appearing at the show. As has been noted, the WWE alumna has had discussions with AEW about potentially coming on board with the company since she became a free agent in July.

According to Fightful Select’s Friday news update, AEW had not come to terms on a deal with Kairi as of this week. It has been previously reported that there were several companies interested with her that included a number outside of the US.

There is no word as of now on how close AEW may be to signing her, nor what they have yet to agree on. Kairi is scheduled to be part of Chris Jericho’s Rock N Wrestling Rager at Sea: Seventh Cruise of a Seventh Cruise, which takes place in early November. An episode of AEW Collision filmed from the cruise, though obviously not everyone who is part of the cruise will be appearing on the show.
