Latest Updates on Tammy Sytch & G-Raver Criminal Cases

A new report has details on the separate criminal cases for Tammy Sytch and Brandon “G-Raver” Graver. PWInsider reports that Sytch, who is facing a charge of DUI manslaughter and several other charges related to the traffic accident that killed 75-year-old Julian Lasseter in March of last year, has had her latest pre-trial hearing pushed back to March 23rd due to the fact that several witnesses still need to be deposed. Sytch’s defense attorney requested the delay last week, and the prosecution did not oppose the motion.

Meanwhile, Graver has a pre-trial conference scheduled for his charges relating to an arrest on January 5th on drug and DUI charges. Graver’s conference is set for April 13th. He was released on January 9th on a $75,000 unsecured bail.

* Violation of Hazard Regulation
* Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
* Intentional Possession of a Controlled Substance by Person Not Registered

* Driving Under Influence of Alcohol or a Controlled Substance
* Failure to Keep Right
* Failure to use Safety Belt – Driver and Front Seat Occupant
* Careless Driving
