Lince Dorado Wins Fatal Five-Way Match at AAA Noche de Los Grandes Week II to Earn Shot at World Cruiserweight Championship

Rey Fenix’s first challenger for his newly won AAA World Cruiserweight Championship has been confirmed.
Week two of Noche de Los Grandes 2026 kicked off with a Fatal Five-Way match between Joaquin Wilde, Cruz Del Toro, Lince Dorado, Octagon Jr., and Mini Vikingo with major implications for the World Cruiserweight Championship.
The highly entertaining match ended in Dorado’s favor when he executed a Shooting Star Press on Joaquin Wilde and pinned the WWE Superstar to earn a shot at Rey Fenix’s title.
Fenix captured the title from Laredo Kid in the opening match of Noche de Los Grandes Week One last Saturday.
AAA has yet to announce the date and location for the title match between Rey Fenix and Lince Dorado.
