Lizzy Rain Wins WWE NXT Debut Against Nikkita Lyons

Lizzy Rain is 1 – 0 in WWE NXT, picking up a victory against Nikkita Lyons in her in-ring debut on this week’s episode. Tuesday night’s episode saw Rain make her in-ring debut on the show, facing Lyons in singles competition.

Lyons got in some kicks to Rain and locked in a cobra clutch at one point, but Rain was able to regain control and picked up the win with a pop-up kick to the head that she calls the Thunderstruck in just under four and a half minutes. You can see clips from the match below.

Rain is the former Rayne Leverkusen and signed with WWE in February after being part of two tryouts last year, including the WWE SummerSlam weekend tryouts, where she was named the session’s MVP.
