Logan Paul is out of action with injury, and will be on the shelf for months as announced on this week’s WWE Raw. It was announced on Monday’s episode of Raw that Paul suffered a torn tricep in his and Austin Theory’s match with the Street Profits at Saturday Night’s Main Event. Michael Cole noted the news and said that Paul will be out for a matter of months.
The injury was revealed to have happened when Angelo Dawkins hit a flipping senton dive to the outside of the ring. It a later segment, Theory asked Heyman what was happening with the World Tag Team Championships. Heyman said that he put in each contract that The Vision will defend the titles, as opposed to specifically Paul and Theory. As such, the stable are Tag Team Champions which means Theory is now co-champions with Bron Breakker.
Heyman said that he expected them to defend the titles with honor and dignity. Theory hugged Heyman and thanked him, and Heyman said he did this because he believed in Theory. Theory said that he wants to take out everyone who was involved in hurting Paul, and Heyman said Theory knows what he has to do and to whom. Shortly after, Theory attacked Joe Hendry from behind while Hendry was leading the crowd in a rendition of “Fire Logan Paul” and obliterated him with repeated chair shots.
The Vision have held the World Tag Team Championships for 57 days, having won them from The Usos in a street fight on the March 30th episode of WWE Raw.
On behalf of 411, our best wishes to Paul on a quick and full recovery.
