Logan Paul joined Stephen A. Smith on ESPN’s First Take earlier this week to discuss his injury recovery and more. During the interview, Logan Paul claims that he feels fine after his torn triceps surgery and that he’s ready to return to the ring, claiming that the WWE medical team needs to clear him.
Additionally, Paul claimed that another injured member of The Vision, Bronson Reed, is also nearing the time for his in-ring return and that the stable is about to take over. Below are some highlights:
Logan Paul on His Injury Recovery
“I’m an independent contractor with the WWE, and I respect the WWE. In fact, I’m so grateful for what they’ve done. And honestly, they’re grateful for me, too, because of what I’ve done for the business. And they are. And they are. And they pay me handsomely. Extremely handsomely, may I add. But what I’m about to say to you is this. The WWE medical team needs to tune in and medically clear me because I’m fine. I’m fine. They said six months. It’s been two, and I’m fine. Put me in. The Vision Needs me. The company needs me. I’m ready to go.”
His Response to Smith Saying WWE Is Looking Out for His Long-Term Health
“Yeah. I got nothing to say to that. Yeah, that logic tracks. That makes sense. It might be what they’re doing. They said something about the bone that was tunneled through needs to heal and that the tendon isn’t always like reattached that quickly. But like, bro, what do I know? I feel fine.”
On Bronson Reed Near His Return and The Vision Preparing To Take Over WWE
“The problem is, I just want to deliver. You know what I’m saying? I want to deliver. The vision is stronger than ever. Austin Theory, now Maxine Dupri, Bron Breakker, me, Bronson Reed’s going to be back soon with the wise man, Paul Heyman. Bro, do you understand the roster we’re looking at? No, this is insane. This has never happened before in the WWE. An absolute unit moving through. Everyone in the way. We are on the verge of that. The Vision is about to take over. I promise you. I promise you. I just need another three to four months.”
