M by Elegance Wins Inaugural Knockouts TV Title On TNA Impact

We have our first-ever TNA Knockouts Television Champion following the tournament finals on TNA Impact, and it’s M By Elegance. Thursday night’s episode featured the finals of the tournament to crown the inaugural champion as M By Elegance took on Jada Stone.

The match went just over 11 minutes as M and Stone battled back and forth for the title. Stone avoided an early roll-up attempt and kicked out of a missile dropkick before she took control, hitting a Michinoku Driver for two. The two managed to get a number of near falls throughout the match before it ultimately went to the top, where Stone hit a Spanish fly. She went back up for a moonsault but M was able to escape the pinfall. She avoided a Spark Stunner and countered a roll-up to hit a sit-down piledriver to get the pinfall and the title.

The tournament to crown the champion kicked off in early July, with M By Elegance defeating Rosemary in the first round before receiving a bye in the semifinals due to Elayna Black vs. Wendy Choo going to a draw. She beat Indi Hartwell in the semifinals. Stone beat Alisha Edwards, Jody Threat, and Heather By Elegance to make it to the finals.
