The episode reveals that the due date for Miz and Maryse’s baby is April 6, which is two days before Wrestlemania in New Orleans. He has said he would be there for the baby from the first day, so it seems he would prioritize the child over wrestling. That could mean that if the baby is late, then he would miss Wrestlemania to attend his child’s birth.
