MJF Calls Out Carlos Silva Amid Reports That Nic Nemeth Match is Cancelled

MJF has fired a shot at Carlos Silva following reports that his match with Nic Nemeth at Create a Pro Wrestling has been cancelled. As noted one of the big news stories of the day has been that TNA has pulled contracted talent from a number of independent appearances involving AEW talent. It was reported that the matches, including Moose at MLP Multiverse and a previous match between MJF and Bear Bronson for GCW in March, were pulled with TNA President Silva confirming that “TNA wrestlers were pulled due to partner conflicts” in regard to the MLP show.

MJF was set to face Nemeth at Create A Pro’s Monumental Moment on May 1st. It would appear that that match is no longer taking place, as MJF posted to Twitter to fire off at Nemeth, TNA, and Silva. He wrote:

Nic Nemeth and TNA are afraid of the AEW World Champion.

Shame old, Carlos doesn’t care about the fans or his roster getting paid.

I’ll still be there @CreateAPro

Let’s see if Nicky still has the balls to show up to Long Island.

Dave Meltzer reported that the match between Nemeth and MJF had been cancelled.

Welp.
