AEW star Mercedes Mone has been challenged for her Discovery Women’s Championship.
Recently, Myla Grace called out The CEO for being absent from Discovery Wrestling, adding that she’s not willing to wait for Mercedes.
Earlier today, Discovery Wrestling took to its Instagram account to share the fiery promo from Grace.
She said:
“Mercedes Mone. Discovery Women’s Champion and one of the best wrestlers, male or female, in the world today. But, where are you? You’re not here, and the Discovery fans deserve a champion that’s here, and I’m not willing to wait around for you. So, mark my words, I will rebuild this division, even if I have to do it on my own.”
Mercedes Mone is currently in possession of 12 championships across multiple promotions. She won the Discovery Women’s Title at RevPro’s 13 Year Anniversary Show this past August, defeating Emersyn Jayne in a Winner Takes All Match for the RevPro Undisputed Women’s Championship and the Discovery Women’s Title. She has since added the BODYSLAM Women’s Title, the Interim ROH Women’s World Television Championship, and the WPW Women’s Championship to her collection.
The former WWE Superstar is set to challenge Kris Statlander for the AEW Women’s World Title at Full Gear later this month.
