Nia Jax & Lash Legend Retain Women’s Tag Team Titles By DQ On WWE Smackdown Due To Bella Twins

The Irresistible Forces are still your WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, retaining the the titles on WWE Smackdown by DQ due to the Bella Twins. Nia Jax and Lash Legend picked up a victory over Bliss and Flair on Friday night’s show, but not the way they wanted to after Nikki and Brie Bella got involved in the match.

Before the match, the Bellas came out and said they wanted to watch the competition because they plan to be the next challengers for the titles. Nikki got briefly involved when Jax used her as a shield, and the conclusion saw Brie go after Jax as Alexa Bliss was setting up for the Twisted Bliss.

Later on, the Bellas were backstage and told Flair and Bliss that they came back for a shot at the title. They noted that Nick Aldis helped them get the shot. You can see highlights below.

Jax and Legend’s title reign stands at 15 days. They won the titles from Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky on the February 27th episode of WWE Smackdown. Meanwhile, the Bellas announced on the February 2nd episode of Raw that they were coming for the Women’s Tag Team Titles.
