Nikki Storm Set for Huge Title Match at MLP Northern Rising

Nikki Storm is set to compete in a title match at MLP Northern Rising next month.

On September 4, 2026, Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling announced via social media that Nikki Storm will challenge Gisele Shaw for the Women’s Canadian Championship at the October 3 event.

Storm, who was released from WWE during the post-WrestleMania budget cuts, made her debut for the promotion during the August 26, 2026, episode of MLP Mayhem. She defeated Priscilla Kelly, Gisele Shaw, and Dani Luna in a four-way Winner’s Choice match and has since opted to challenge Shaw for the Women’s Canadian Championship at Northern Rising.
