Paige Reacts To Women’s Tag Title Loss At WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event

Paige is not happy with the refereeing in her and Brie Bella’s WWE Women’s Tag Team Title loss at Saturday Night’s Main Event. As noted, last night’s show saw the two lose their titles to Fatal Influence’s Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid.

The match saw Jessika Carr, who was officiating, get distracted by Jacy Jayne which allowed Henley to take out Paige. Jayne would hop up on the apron shortly which allowed Reid to get the pin on Paige.

The former champion posted to her Twitter account to react to the loss. She apologized and then said that Becky Lynch, who has had no shortage of issues with Carr over the past several months, was right about her.

Reid then replied to Paige, noting:

“I personally love her tbh”

The now-former champions held the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships for 91 days, while this win marks Fatal Influence’s first run with the titles.
