Paul Heyman Expects John Cena’s Best Survivor Series Performence Ever, Talks Seth Rollins’ Injury

Paul Heyman expects nothing less than the best John Cena Survivor Series performance ever when Cena battles Dominik Mysterio this weekend. Cena will defend the WWE Intercontinental Championship against Mysterio at Saturday’s PPV. It will be Cena’s last WWE Survivor Series match, and Heyman broke down what to expect on ESPN’s First Take.

Heyman also weighed in on Seth Rollins, who is out of action after suffering an injury at WWE Crown Jewel. Rollins was written off via a turn on him by The Vision, and Heyman was asked about Rollins’ eventual return. You can see highlights below:

On If He’s Worried About Seth Rollins’ Return:

“Always worried about Seth Rollins. Seth Rollins is an all-time great competitor, a guaranteed first-ballot Hall of Famer. It’s terrible what happened to Seth Rollins. It’s even more terrible what Bron Breaker did to Seth Rollins. And I think WWE itself is looking forward to Seth Rollins’ return, whenever that may be.”

On What To Expect From John Cena at Survivor Series:

“The greatest John Cena Survivor Series performance you’ve ever seen. John Cena is going out on top. John Cena is going out the same way John Cena came in. The hardest-working man in the business. And nothing but props for everything that John Cena brings to the table.”
