Paul Heyman is expanding his work beyond professional wrestling with the launch of Podrophenia, a new media company focused on podcasting, vodcasts, creator development, and digital content production.
The company was officially announced on July 14 through a partnership between the Elvis Duran Group, Looking4Larry, and MCM Studios. According to the announcement, Podrophenia is designed to help creators, brands, and media personalities develop, produce, distribute, grow, and monetize original content across multiple platforms.
Heyman co-founded the venture alongside radio personality Elvis Duran, Emmy Award-winning producer Mitchell Stuart, and media entrepreneur Michael Canzoniero. The group says Podrophenia combines experience from broadcasting, entertainment, production, and brand development to create a full-service platform for today’s content creators.
Rather than functioning as a traditional recording studio, Podrophenia aims to support projects from the initial concept through production, audience growth, distribution, sponsorship, and long-term business development. The company will offer premium audio and video production, post-production services, creative development, marketing support, distribution strategies, and sponsorship opportunities.
“Podrophenia is a next-generation podcast, vodcast and creator development company founded through a strategic partnership between the Elvis Duran Group, Looking4Larry and MCM Studios. The company provides premium production, post-production, show development, audience growth, marketing, sponsorship and distribution services while developing original programming for audio and video audiences worldwide. Built by industry leaders across media, entertainment and storytelling, Podrophenia is creator-built, audience-focused and built for what comes next.”
Through the Elvis Duran Group’s relationship with iHeartMedia and the Elvis Duran Podcast Network, Podrophenia-produced content will also have access to one of the industry’s largest podcast distribution networks.
Duran said the company was created to meet the growing demand for production facilities designed specifically for modern creators:
“I’ve seen firsthand the need for a state-of-the-art production facility for content creators, particularly podcasters,” said Elvis Duran. “With Paul Heyman and MCM Studios, we’re playing with the big boys!”
Heyman echoed that vision, saying many turnkey podcast studios focus on standard production setups. He believes Podrophenia takes a different approach by building studios around each creator’s personality and the content they want to produce:
“In looking at today’s landscape, we’ve seen so many studios that are turnkey and therefore built on the premise of minimal alterations”, said Paul Heyman. “Podrophenia is the first studio specifically customized to the host’s personality and also the concept. We’re not just building a content hub for creators, we’re building a creator hub for the content.”
Mitchell Stuart added that podcasting has evolved beyond simply recording conversations. He said creators now need production resources, audience development, marketing, distribution, and business support under one roof:
“Podcasting has evolved far beyond simply recording conversations,” said Mitchell Stuart, Co-Founder of Looking4Larry and Podrophenia. “Creators today need more than a microphone and a platform—they need production excellence, audience development, marketing support, distribution pathways, and opportunities to build sustainable businesses around their content. Podrophenia was created to bring all of those capabilities together in one creator-focused ecosystem.”
Podrophenia will operate from MCM Studios’ “state-of-the-art” production facility in Manhattan. The studio includes broadcast-quality audio systems, customizable sets, production spaces, post-production suites, cinematic lighting, and creator support areas. The company also plans to produce its own original programming across entertainment, sports, culture, lifestyle, business, and human-interest categories.
Its first original series, Hello Randy, hosted by Randy Fenoli, is scheduled to debut later this year through iHeartMedia and the Elvis Duran Podcast Network, with additional projects expected to be announced throughout 2026.
