Private Party Make Return On AEW Dynamite

Private Party are back on AEW TV, with the tag team showing up to compete on tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite. Wednesday night’s show featured a #1 contenders match for the AEW World Tag Team Championships. The Young Bucks and The Rascalz’ Myron Reed and Dezmond Xavier were previously announced along with a “Wild Card” team for the bout. That team was revealed to be the former AEW World Tag Team Champions, making their first appearances in over a year.

Despite their return, Marq Quen and Isiah Kassidy were not successful in securing a title shot. Instead, the Bucks were victorious in the match. They picked up the win when they delivered a host of superkicks and then pinned Reed via a TK Driver.

Quan and Kassidy were reported earlier today as still being under AEW contract. Their last appearance on AEW TV was on the January 22nd, 2025 episode of AEW Dynamite when they lost the World Tag Team Titles to The Hurt Syndicate.

The Bucks will now face off with FTR for the World Tag Team Titles at an as yet undetermined future date. You can see highlights from the AEW Dynamite match below.
