Salina de la Renta is taking on a bigger role behind the scenes in MLW, according to a new report. Fightful Select reports that de la Renta is now overseeing a lot of the talent relations work in MLW. She is also reportedly part of MLW’s creative team.
The news comes after de la Renta was announced back in June as the Vice President of Wrestler Relations. The announcement was couched in storyline at the time, with her storyline father César Durán appointing her to the position.
Salina de la Renta returned to MLW in September of 2023 after a couple of years away from the company. An on-screen talent, she initially joined the company back in 2019. De la Renta began serving as an executive producer for several episodes of MLW Fusion early on in her run with the company. She became the Creative Director of MLW’s women’s division in March of 2024.
