Stephanie Vaquer Defeats Tiffany Stratton, Captures Another Women’s Title at WWE Crown Jewel Perth

The rise of Stephanie Vaquer continued today in Perth, Australia. It was the Women’s World Champion against the WWE Women’s Champion, Tiffany Stratton, at the premium live event, with the second annual WWE Women’s Crown Jewel Championship on the line. However, it was Stephanie Vaquer who won the match and walked away the winner after scoring the pinfall victory over Tiffany Stratton.

La Primera ultimately picked up the win after hitting Stratton with a Corkscrew Moonsault. That was enough to score the pinfall victory and earn Vaquer yet another title belt.

After the match, Vaquer was personally awarded her Women’s Crown Jewel Title belt and a special commemorative championship ring by WWE Chief Creative Officer Pau “Triple H” Levesque, who also embraced the grateful Vaquer. Vaquer then got on the microphone as she received a huge ovation from the fans in Perth, Australia, who chanted “You deserve it.” Vaquer explained that because of the fans believing in her, now she believes in herself.

Vaquer adds yet another huge accolade to her beltography, as she wins the Crown Jewel Championship just three weeks after winning the Women’s World Title last month at WWE Wrestlepalooza. She defeated Iyo Sky to win the vacant title at the WWE premium live event.

Just a year removed from her WWE debut, Vaquer has now won the Women’s World Title, the Women’s Crown Jewel Title, the NXT Women’s Title, and the NXT North American Women’s Title. She is shaping up to have one of the fastest, most auspicious, and most meteoric runs in WWE, and perhaps all of wrestling, history. Her program with Giulia was acclaimed.
