The MFTs are no more after Tama Tonga and Talla Tonga walked away from Solo Sikoa on this week’s episode of WWE Smackdown. Friday night’s episode of Smackdown brought the dissension within the MFTs to a head as the Tongas were seen talking with Sikoa backstage.
Sikoa was bragging about his attack of Jimmy Uso on Raw before Tama Tonga said that he and Talla were tired of being involved in Sikoa’s issues with The Bloodline. They pointed out how Sikoa got involved in their Tag Team Championship match and cost them the win.
Talla Tonga said that they heard from the elders and were leaving Sikoa. When Sikoa protested that they can’t leave, Tama said they just did and walked off.
The MFTs formed last year in the wake of Sikoa losing control of the Bloodline back to Roman Reigns. It consisted of JC Mateo, Sikoa, Tama, Tonga Loa, and Talla. Loa and Mateo were released from WWE back in May.
