WWE appears to be building toward a Survivor Series: WarGames match involving Roman Reigns, Jacob Fatu, Solo Sikoa, and The Usos against Royce Keys and OTM. Dave Meltzer discussed the direction on Wrestling Observer Radio.
On August 24, a returning Keys teamed up with Bronco Nima and Lucien Price on WWE Raw to interrupt a match involving The Usos, Sikoa, and Knight and attacked everyone involved. Last night on RAW, the trio attacked Jimmy and Jey Uso in the parking lot before Jacob Fatu showed up and the trio fled. Later during a promo between Roman Reigns and LA Knight, Solo Sikoa was also found injured and bleeding backstage.
Speaking about the storyline on Wrestling Observer Radio, Meltzer said WWE appears to be setting up a WarGames match involving members of the Bloodline family, although the remaining two members of Keys’ proposed team have not been established. He believes the Bloodline members will put their differences aside in time for Survivor Series. (via WrestlingInc)
“Obviously, they’re setting up WarGames and it looks like it’s going to be the whole family, Roman and Jacob [Fatu] and Solo and The Usos against Royce Keys and OTM and I don’t know who the other two guys will be, but the family will be united it looks like because they have a common enemy,” Meltzer stated.
Survivor Series: WarGames is scheduled for November 28 at Daikin Park in Houston, Texas. The proposed match would also require Reigns and Sikoa to work together despite their differences.
