Tetsuya Naito’s company is closing down, according to a new report that provides more details on his and BUSH’s cancelled wXw booking. As noted, wXw pulled Naito and BUSHI’s scheduled appearances. The issues began when a new employee at Naito’s UNPASO Inc. made new demands for the bookings. The employee wanted EU work visas that weren’t required for the event and more.

Tokyo Sports posted a new report with additional details on the matter. The new employee reportedly provided inaccurate visa information. Per the report, Naito and BUSHI’s team cancelled the appearances for safety reasons.

The report notes that there were several instances of similar behavior by the employee. Naito and BUSHI decided that they’re unable to continue working under the system. As such, UNPASO Inc. will close at the end of the month and be liquidated. The two will start over with a new company. The employee’s contract with UNPASO has been terminated.

Naito and BUSHI will still make their appearances for SPW in Singapore on November 28th. The company will issue refunds for orders through its online shop. The website will be relaunched when the new company is.

Naito gave a statement to Tokyo Sports, which read:

“First and foremost, I would like to apologize to everyone involved with wXw, and to all those who were looking forward to this match in Germany. I was looking forward to my first match in three weeks and stepping back into the wXw ring, so I’m personally very disappointed. But I look forward to the day I can compete in front of everyone again, and I hope you’ll look forward to that day too.

“I apologize to our fans for causing concern and inconvenience due to an internal company issue. I promise we will work together under the new management to deliver an L.T.J. (Los Tranquilos de Japon) that surpasses anything we’ve done before.”
