The Conglomeration Retain Trios Titles At AEW Redemption: The Buy In
The Conglomeration remain your AEW World Trios Champions, retaining their titles on the AEW Redemption pre-show. The pre-show for Sunday’s PPV saw Oranged Cassidy, Kyle O’Reilly, and Roderick Strong defend their titles against Blake Christian, Jay Lethal, and Lee Johnson of The Lethal Twist.
The match went just a touch over 12 minutes and saw the challengers give it their best go, but The Conglomeration was too much foir them. The end came as O’Reilly and Strong hit Lethal with a High-Low, followed by Cassidy being dropped by Strong onto Lethal for the pinfall.
You can see clips from the AEW Redemption match below. Ricochet, who had been on commentary, was joined by his Demand allies the GOA in staring down the Conglomeration afterward.
The Conglomeration’s AEW World Trios Championship reign stands at 105 days. The three won the titles from The Dogs at AEW Dynasty.
