The Miz Comments on the Privilege of Hosting American Gladiators Reboot

As previously reported, Prime Video’s upcoming American Gladiators revival will debut on April 17 on the streamer. WWE Superstar The Miz will host the new version of the American Gladiators series, along with AEW stars Wardlow and Kamille serving as the new Gladiators.

The Miz commented on the show’s upcoming release earlier today via social media. He wrote, “For me, nothing was bigger than WWE & American Gladiators growing up. Now I’m a WWE Superstar & have the privilege of hosting the reboot/”

Miz continued on the American Gladiators reboot, “This team brought their best to honor what you remember & take it to a whole new level. American Gladiators premieres April 17th on @PrimeVideo.”

Besides Miz, Wardlow, and Kamille, other former wrestlers in the cast include former WWE Superstar Eric Bugenhagen (Rick Boogs), former TNA star Jessie Godderz, and Jessica Roden (J-Rod). The new show is created and executive-produced by Johnny C. Ferraro. Daniel Calin serves as series showrunner and executive producer along with Barry Poznick.
