Backstage Details On The Rascalz Reportedly Signing With AEW

The Rascalz are All Elite, with the stable signing with the company according to a new report. Fightful Select reports that Myron Reed, Dezmond Xavier, Trey Miguel, and Zachary Wentz are backstage at tonight’s AEW Dynamite and are all officially signed with the company.

As of this writing, the team has not appeared on tonight’s show. The report notes that the foursome have been signed since the first week of the new year at the latest. All four are said to have signed multi-year deals.

The Rascalz were part of TNA, with Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz’s deals having expired at the end of 2025. Reed and Xavier were not under TNA contracts. TNA made an effort to re-sign the team, but AEW came in with a better offer.

The report goes on to say that “at least one member of the group” was determined to exit TNA, though all four felt like they had left the company on good terms.

As noted previously, Leon Slater was set to defend the X-Division Championship on this week’s TNA Impact premiere on AMC. The match was quietly pulled from the card on Tuesday, though the report notes that Reed was “happy” to work that committed date. Rather, the site reports that the match was cancelled due to WWE having interest in Slater appearing on the European tour.
