Thekla Claims Willow Nightingale Is a Fraud: ‘Willow Is Only Out for Herself’

In a newly released video from last weekend’s AEW Collision, Thekla called out her rival, former AEW Women’s World Champion Willow Nightingale, for being a fraud. Below are some highlights:

Thekla on Willow Nightingale Being a Fraud

“Last time I said Willow was for the children, but I was wrong. Willow is only out for herself. She’s not only the dumbest ***** alive, she’s also the fakest. Ya’ll fell for a fraud. Don’t be fooled by her smile. When she took my title, she probably went home, lit up a cigarette, threw the title on the ground, and laughed and laughed and laughed and laughed. Like that business with the broken hand, just like her shoulder injury.
0:4242 secondsIt’s all just a way to get sympathy, and it’s all just going to be an excuse when I beat her at all out.”

On Planning to Finish Willow’s Fairy Tale

“Willow, don’t be worrying about the CEO. I’m going to be the one to finish your fairy tale. And then I’ll win my title back. And I’ll be the one to smile. And I’ll be the one who’s shooting confetti on her ****ies. And then Thekla will be for the children. You know, Willow, you might be out for yourself. And baby, I’m out for myself, too. But the only difference between you and me is that Thekla is for real.”

Thekla defeated Zayda Steel on last weekend’s AEW Collision. At AEW All Out 2026, Thekla and Nightingale will face off, with the winner earning a title shot against AEW Women’s World Champion Mercedes Mone at WrestleDream 2026.

AEW All Out 2026, featuring Thekla vs. Willow Nightingale, takes place on Saturday, September 26. The event is being held at the Now Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. It will be broadcast live on pay-per-view.
