Tiffany Stratton Calls Jade Cargill Her ‘Wrestling Soulmate’

Tiffany Stratton has opened up about her in-ring chemistry with Jade Cargill ahead of their Ladder match at SummerSlam, saying the two have become “wrestling soulmates.”

The two will meet again at SummerSlam, where they’ll be part of the Five-way Ladder Match to crown an Interim WWE Women’s Champion after Rhea Ripley’s injury.

Speaking on The Rich Eisen Show with O’Shea Jackson Jr., Stratton was asked about her rivalry with Cargill. She described the pair as “kind of wrestling soulmates” and said they deliver “banger matches” whenever they step into the ring. The duo has had 13 matches so far, including singles and tag team. According to Stratton, they’ve had some very good matches and are looking forward to meeting Cargill in the Ladder match, even though some fans may disapprove of them fighting again.

“I feel like me and Jade are kind of wrestling soulmates, almost. We have such good chemistry and every time we get together we have these banger matches and I feel like people kind of don’t expect it. I don’t know why, but we’ve had a couple of really good matches. When people are like, ‘Ugh, they’re wrestling again.’ Guys, chill, you’re going to get a good match out of us. I’m really proud of those couple of matches I’ve had with Jade and the storyline. I’m going to see her again in this ladder match and maybe we’ll do some crazy spots together.”

Tiffany Stratton earned her place in the Interim WWE Women’s Championship Ladder Match by defeating Jacy Jayne on the July 17 episode of SmackDown. Cargill later joined the field after defeating Nia Jax, with Charlotte Flair playing a role in the finish. There are still three spots remaining.
