Tiffany Stratton Retains Women’s US Title On WWE Smackdown

Tiffany Stratton remains your WWE Women’s United States Championship, defeating Kiana James on this week’s WWE Smackdown. Friday night’s show saw Stratton put the title on the line against James, a match that was set up last week’s show when James tried to get Giulia another title shot but was ultimately granted her own match.

James put up a challenge against Stratton but also had to deal with some friction with Giulia. The finish came as Giulia distracted Stratton, who got rolled up by James. Strattonw as able to kick out and nailed Giulia, dropped James and hit the Prettiest Moonsault Ever for the victory to retain her title. You can see a clip from the match below.

Stratton has been Women’s United States Champion for 15 days. She defeated Giulia for the title on the April 24th, 2026 episode of WWE Smackdown.
