NFL legend Tom Brady is at it again, poking at WWE and pro wrestling. During a recent Fanatics Flag Football event, Brady spoke to Sports Illustrated when he was asked, “How many WWE wrestlers would it take to sack Tom Brady?” Brady responded with some more playful trash talk.

Brady responded, “All their stuff is so cute and scripted, and they know what’s going on. In a football game, you don’t know. They wouldn’t even get near me. Plus, if I had a good offensive line, they’d punch those guys right in the throat, and they’d probably be crying, and you know, there’s no fake BS we do in American football.” He added, “So for those guys, it’d be a whole different story for them.”

Since making his comments, a number of WWE Superstars clapped back, including former WWE Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair. Taking aim at Brady, she wrote, “A lot of words to say, ‘If I had five guys to protect me, I might be ok.'”

Meanwhile, WWE Hall of Famers The Bella Twins (Nikki & Brie Bella) later responded to the video, writing, “I bet I can sack you 😉” Also, one of WWE’s newest Superstars, Danhausen, suggested he would curse the Super Bowl winner, writing, “It would only take one @WWE superstar to CURSE Tim Bordy.” Brady might want to be careful, as Danhausen’s curses appear to be quite powerful and effective, just ask Dominik Mysterio and The Miz.

Brady’s trash talk against WWE started during an appearance on Logan Paul’s IMPAULSIVE podcast last month, as Paul was also set to compete in the Flag Football event. Logan Paul then offered a $1 million open challenge to box NFL players, but WWE later shut those plans down.
