Tony Khan Reveals Two New Title Bouts for ROH Death Before Dishonor

Ring of Honor boss Tony Khan revealed two new title bouts for ROH Death Before Dishonor 2025, and it looks like Sammy Guevara will be pulling double-duty. With Guevara’s tag team partner, Dustin Rhodes, currently out of action after undergoing double-knee replacement surgery, Tony Khan is allowing Guevara to pick a partner of his choice to defend the World Tag Team Titles against The Outrunners at ROH Death Before Dishonor.

Also, Guevara will be in action yet again helping The Von Erichs to defend the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Titles against Shane Taylor Promotions. Rhodes’ previously held those titles with The Von Erichs, so Guevara will be picking up the slack in that title bout as well.

ROH Death Before Dishonor 2025 is scheduled for Friday, August 29 at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Here’s the updated lineup:

* ROH Pure Championship Match: Lee Moriarty vs. Xelhau
* ROH World Tag Team Championship Match: Sammy Guevara & Mystery Partner (c) vs. The Outrunners
* ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship Match: The Von Erichs & Sammy Guevara (c) vs. Shane Taylor Promotions
* Fight Without Honor: Paul Walter Hauser vs. QT Marshall
