Triple H Confirms Brie Bella Suffered Shoulder Injury at WWE SummerSlam 2026 Night One

As noted, The Bella Twins and Paige lost to Fatal Influence in a six-woman tag team match at Night One. During the match, Brie Bella appeared to have injured her shoulder.

At the post-show, Triple H confirmed Brie Bella’s shoulder injury, revealing that she has gone to the hospital for medical evaluation. The Game admitted that the injury looked pretty bad, but he didn’t have an update yet on the exact nature of the injury and whether that would sideline Brie or not, as the company is still awaiting results of the scans. Seems pretty bad, but I don’t have that answer yet. Hopefully, we will soon, and it won’t be as bad as we thought it was. But that’s the nature of the game. We’ll pivot accordingly for everything. It’s unfortunate, I hate it, but this is part of the business.

Following their defeat, Nikki and Brie Bella turned on Paige, with Nikki unleashing a brutal attack on the English pro wrestler.
