WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H was greeted with a myriad of chants by fans in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, during the Royal Rumble Post Show.
Triple H closed out the host section of the post-show. As he spoke about the 39th annual Royal Rumble, fans began to chant, “We want Vince,” an obvious reference to former WWE boss Vince McMahon.
The 14-time World Champion was also greeted with Y2J chants. There was a belief that Chris Jericho would return to the company at the Royal Rumble. But that obviously didn’t happen, much to the disappointment of fans.

During the post-show, Triple H commented on Roman Reigns’ Royal Rumble victory and AJ Styles’ loss to Gunther in a match that The Phenomenal One needed to win to keep his career intact. He bestowed Reigns with his iconic nickname, The Cerebral Assassin, and also revealed what Styles told him about his in-ring future. He also praised NXT talents who featured in the Women’s Royal Rumble matches and promised an unpredictable Road to WrestleMania 42.
Elsewhere at the premium live event, Liv Morgan finally ended her Royal Rumble hoodoo, as she last eliminated Tiffany Stratton to win the 30-woman Battle Royal and secure a world championship match at WrestleMania 42. Meanwhile, Drew McIntyre kept his unassailable record against Sami Zayn intact to retain the Undisputed WWE Title.
