Tyler Breeze says he’s open to going anywhere now that he’s not with WWE, and revealed when his “one of a kind” contract there ended. Breeze confirmed on Tuesday that he is no longer with WWE, where he had been on a unique contract for the past five years. He spoke with The Certified Mark Show for a new interview and during the conversation, he revealed that his contract ended at the start of August.

Breeze noted that he stayed with the company due to the UpUpDownDown gaming channel and said that he is open go going to AEW, TNA or anywhere else. You can see the highlights below:

On If He Would Be Interested In Joining AEW:

“100%. I’ve said it a bunch. And this is the crazy part. So, my contract technically ended at the start of August. I was with WWE for 16 years. So, I had a really cool deal. The deal that just ended in August, I was able to do WWE stuff, I was able to do independents. I was able to kind of do third-party stuff; I was able to do all this stuff. A one-of-a-kind deal that was never seen before and will never be seen again… I had great people in great positions who got that deal for me. And again, it will never be done again.

“So during that time, there’s been several times along the way when I’m like, ‘You know what? I like what I’m doing.’ And I’ll say it, a million percent. Back in 2021 when they let me go, in reality I should have gone or tried to go to AEW. I should have reached out and I should have tried to go there. Because that was when I was done with WWE. But because of UpUpDownDown, I went, ‘You know what? I’m gonna stay for UpUp because I love UpUp. And UpUp’s one of those things where if I left to go wrestle, ‘Yes, the wrestling would be cool but man, I’m really having fun with with my friends doing this other stuff.’ So you know, UpUp was a big thing for me where if it wasn’t for UpUp, I would have already reached out to AEW and tried to go there.”

On Being Open To Go Several Places:

“Now as we’ve kind of been navigating this next part, I’ve said it several times and people say it almost like it’s a big surprise of like, ‘What?’ Yeah, I’m open to AEW, I’m open to TNA, I’m open to Maple Leaf [Pro]. I’m open to — whatever’s out there that isn’t WWE, I’m open to it. I’m not done wrestling. I’ve been wanting to wrestle. I’ve been wrestling on the independents for the past five years. There were a couple things that restricted me from wrestling on a TV company, but now I have no restrictions. So, yeah, 100%, I’m open to all of it.”
