Various News: Roppongi 3K Vacate IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Tag Titles, Video of Xavier Memorial Service Linked Online, Wade Barrett’s Most Dominant Wins
– NJPW has revealed that Roppongi 3K (SHO and YOH) have made the decision to vacate the IWGP Jr. Heavyweight tag team titles.
SHO made the announcement after his match at Summer Struggle in Korakuen Hall early this morning. He said that YOH is out with an ACL tear, so that’s why they are giving the belts up. YOH’s last match was a loss to BUSHI in the first round of the 2020 New Japan Cup tournament on June 23. SHO added that this doesn’t mean their team is disbanding.
After SHO's match last night in Korakuen Hall, he declared that he and YOH will be vacating the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championships.
Stay tuned for official information when it becomes available.
