Will Ospreay is now officially a Death Rider, joining the group before teaming with Jon Moxley on this week’s AEW Dynamite. Ospreay and Moxley teamed up on Wednesday’s show to battle The Swirl. The match went a bit over nine minutes before Moxley and Ospreay picked up the win. Black Christian took a Paradigm Shift followed by a Hidden Blade before eating the pinfall for his team.

Earlier in the show, Ospreay met with Moxley in the backstage area and they had a conversation where Ospreay asked what Moxley had previously meant when he said Ospreay was “beginning to see it.” Moxley iterated the Death Riders’ mission about how AEW can be great, but it needs people like the Death Riders to protect it from the carnies and con artists. He offered Ospreay a Death Riders patch, and Ospreay put it on. AEW acknowledged Ospreay’s membership as he and Moxley went to the ring for their match.

Ospreay is the 2026 men’s Owen Hart Foundation Tournament winner and will challenge the World Champion at AEW All In: London.
