Kenny Omega retained his World Title against Kevin Knight at AEW Redemption, and was saved from a Death Riders attack by Will Ospreay afterward. The main event of Sunday’s PPV featured Omega defending his championship against Knight.

Knight gave it his best, but Omega picked up the win with the One Winged Angel to retain his title. After the match, the Death Riders came down and attacked Omega. The stable tried to take Omega out, as Jon Moxley had expressed earlier in the night that he worrried Ospreay didn’t have what it would take at All In to beat Omega. Claudio Castagnoli wrapped a chair around Omega’s head but Ospreay came down to make the save. He got between Moxley and Omega and eventually Moxley charged, leading to Ospreay knocking him down and clearing out the ring with the chair

Moxley then got back in the ring and spoke with Ospreay, taking the chair and setting it aside before pulling out a plastic bag. Moxley of course used the bag on Bryan Danielson when the group turned heel at All Out 2024. He gave the bag to Ospreay, who struggled with what to do before ultimately tearing the back up. He turned to face Moxley and hit him, dumbing the Death Riders out of the ring as they charged in, and eventually tossed his Death Riders logo out of the ring.

Ospreay then handed the title to Omega and they shook hands before Ospreay went to go, only for Omega to hit him with a One Winged Angel. He seemed to be angry that Ospreay would even consider having used the bag on him. The Young Bucks re-entered the ring and they celebrated before leaving as Ospreay stared on from the mat.
