Enzo Amore and Big Cass could potentially be on their way back to WWE in the foreseeable future, according to a new report. Wrestlevotes Radio on Fightful Select reports that according to sources, WWE has an interest in reuniting the two within the company.
The report notes that the two maintain a good relationship with several WWE producers, including some who worked with them in NXT years ago. False Finish reported that Amore was at the WWE Performance Center on Tuesday, and Self Made PW reported that WWE made contact with Amore recently.
As noted last week, Cass’ contract with AEW is believed to be up at the end of May or the start of June. Cass works as Big Bill in AEW alongside Bryan Keith.
Amore and Cass were a team in WWE from 2013 through 2017. They split on WWE TV and feuded, but were both separately released in 2018. They reunited outside of WWE at ROH G1 Supercard in 2019. Amore has worked on the independent scene for several companies and under several monikers, most notably nZo and Real1.
