Update On Big Bill’s AEW Contract Status

A new report has an update on when Big Bill’s contract with AEW is set to expire. Fightful Select reports that according to sources who spoke with the outlet in April, Bill’s contact is believed to be up at the end of May or the start of June.

The report notes that there’s no word on whether he’s signed a new deal or not. It does note that Bill has not been on ROH or AEW TV since they learned the information.

Big Bill signed with AEW in August of 2022. The former Big Cass and W. Morrissey had a run with the AEW World Tag Team Championships from late 2023 to early 2024 alongside Ricky Starks. He joined Chris Jericho’s Learning Tree and feuded with Powerhouse Hobbs in early 2025. He has been teaming with his fellow former Learning Tree member Bryan Keith as a mercenary-style team known as “Paid In Full.”

Bill’s most recent match was on the April 30th episode of ROH On HonorClub, which was taped on April 6th. Bill and Keith picked up a squash match win.
