WWE Supershow Results 10.18.25: CM Punk Teams Up With Shinsuke Nakamura in Headliner

WWE concluded its two-night tour of Tokyo, Japan, earlier today with another Supershow live event. In the main event of last night’s WWE Supershow card, top contender for the World Heavyweight Title, CM Punk, teamed with former Intercontinental and United States Champion, Shinsuke Nakamura.

Teaming up for the first time, CM Punk and Shinsuke Nakamura were victorious in the WWE Supershow headliner over The Vision’s Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker. At one point, Punk even mimicked one of Nakamura’s famous poses. Below are some results from the card, per Wrestling Bodyslam:

* AJ Styles beat Kofi Kingston
* WWE Women’s U.S. Title Match: Giulia (c) defeated Roxanne Perez to retain her title.
* WWE Intercontinental Title Match: Dominik Mysterio beat PENTA to retain the title.
* WWE Women’s World Title Fatal Four Way Match: Stephanie Vaquer (c) beat Rhea Ripley, Iyo Sky, and Raquel Rodriguez to successfully retain the belt.
* LA Knight cut a promo.
* The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Kairi Sane) beat Bayley and Lyra Valkyria.
* Ivar defeated El Grande Americano
* CM Punk and Shinsuke Nakamura were victorious over The Vision (Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker).

CM Punk Earns World Heavyweight Title Shot Before WWE Supershow Tour

During this week’s edition of WWE Raw, CM Punk was victorious in the main event, beating LA Knight and Jey Uso, earning another shot at the World Heavyweight Title. However, The Vision laid out all three men after the match. This was followed by Bron Breakker turning on Seth Rollins and hitting him with a Spear, effectively kicking the reigning World Heavyweight Champion out of the stable.

WWE has not yet announced when CM Punk will be challenging for the title. As noted, Rollins reportedly suffered a legitimate injury at WWE Crown Jewel Perth, which will require him to undergo surgery.
