WWE has filed a trademark application for the NXT faction DarkState.
The faction consists of Dion Lennox, Osiris Griffin, Cutler James, and Saquon Shugars and is currently in possession of the NXT Tag Team Championship.
WWE filed the trademark with the US Patent and Trademark Office on Tuesday, November 4. Following is the trademark description:

DarkState was formed on WWE television at NXT Vengeance Day on February 15, 2025, when Dion Lennox, dejected after his defeat to Wes Less a month prior, returned with Cutler James, Saquon Shugars, and Osiris Griffin and attacked Josh Briggs, Yoshiki Inamura, Fraxiom, and Oba Femi after their respective matches.
Since then, they have held the NXT Tag Team Championship twice. The faction recently reclaimed the gold from The Hardy Boyz in a brutal Broken Rules Match at the Halloween Havoc Premium Live Event.
