Documentary on Hogan vs. Gawker Lawsuit Debuting at Sundance

– A documentary on the Hulk Hogan vs. Gawker lawsuit is set to debut at Sundance Film Festival in January. The entries for the 2017 festival were announced tofday and Nobody Speak: Hulk Hogan, Gawker and Trials of a Free Press was listed in the documentary category. The film is directed by Brian Knappenberger (The Internet’s Own Boy: The Story of Aaron Swartz and the Anonymous documentary We Are Legion) is described as follows:

“The trial between Hulk Hogan and Gawker Media pitted privacy rights against freedom of the press, and raised important questions about how big money can silence media. This film is an examination of the perils and duties of the free press in an age of inequality.”

The festival kicks off on January 19th in Sundance, Utah.
