Randy Orton Undergoing Surgery For Deviated Septum
December 31, 2014 | Posted by
– As has been reported, WWE worked an injury angle with Randy Orton prior to a house show on Saturday and he only worked a short match on Sunday’s show, then didn’t appear on-camera during Raw (he showed up in the dark match segment). According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the reason is that Orton has a deviated septum and is scheduled to undergo surgery to repair it.
Orton is expected to only be out for a few weeks, the standard recovery time for such a surgery, and will miss some house shows as a result. When he does return it is expected that he will work with Seth Rollins.
