TNA News: Dixie Carter Personally Owes Billy Corgan Money, Funder For Last Impact Taping Revealed
– SEScoops has uncovered some details from the lawsuit filed by former production company Audience of One Productions. The details reveal some interesting notes about the company’s financial situation.
First off, the site has discovered when researching Dixie Carter that she personally owes Billy Corgan. Looking up Dixie Carter Salinas (Carter’s legal name) in a database listed in the lawsuit, Carter has an unnamed amount of debt listed to Corgan.
In addition, searching Impact Ventures (the parent company of TNA) reveals that there are three debts registered to the company. One of those is to Aroluxe Media as of March 14th while the second is to Anthem Sports and Entertainment Corp., one of the parent companies of The Fight Network. The final is MCC Acquisition Corp. as of September 30th, the Friday before Bound For Glory and the latest tapings. That would seem to make MCC Acquisition Corp. the funder of those tapings.
MCC Acquisition Corp. has the same address as Anthem Sports. Everything else at that address is related to Anthem and Fight Network in some form, making that company the likely funder.
