Marvel Television chief Jeph Loeb did a Reddit AMA promoting Cloak & Dagger and discussed Iron Fist getting a costume, Defenders season two and more. You can see some highlights below from the AMA:

On fans wanting Iron Fist to get a costume: “You’ll be very happy with Season 2 coming this year!”

On a second season of Defenders: “Not in the plans right now, but you never know!”

On speculation that Agents of SHIELD is the prologue to something more: “You’re not crazy. But thats all I can say!”

On the current timeline of the TV shows vs. the films: “For the most part our stories will take place BEFORE Thanos clicked his fingers. A lot of that has to do with production and when we are telling our stories vs. when the movies come out. So hang in there.”

On a possible home for New Warriors after Freeform passed on it: “We’re working on it.”

On why the Avengers Tower isn’t seen in the New York-based Marvel shows: “If you live in NYC, you can’t see the Empire State Building from every street. So why isn’t it possible that our shows take place in a world where it IS there, we just haven’t seen it!”
