Liddell vs. Ortiz 3 Draws 7,839 Live Attendance

As previously reported, Golden Boy Promotions held an MMA card yesterday featuring Tito Ortiz vs. Chuck Liddell. MMAjunkie drew a live attendance of 7,839 people.

Officials for Golden Boy announced the figure after last night’s card. In the main event, Tito Ortiz (age 43 years old) knocked out his fellow UFC Hall of Famer Chuck Liddell (age 48 years old). This was their first fight in 12 years. Previously, Ortiz lost to Liddell by knockout on two occasions in the UFC.

The event marked Golden Boy’s first MMA event. The card was held on Saturday (Nov. 24) at The Forum in Inglewood, California. The live gate from last night’s event was not revealed. The event was broadcast live on pay-per-view.
