TNA Wrestling Dubs Joseph Sawyer & Samuel Shaw as ‘syX,’ Duo Set To Speak on Tomorrow’s iMPACT!

As previously reported, former WWE Superstars Joseph Sawyer and Samuel Shaw (formerly Joe Gacey and Dexter Lumis of the Wyatt Sicks) debuted in TNA Wrestling on last week’s Thursday Night iMPACT! Now, their new faction has an official name. TNA has dubbed the group “syX” (pronounced Six or Sicks)

The new name for the faction clearly plays off their old WWE group, the Wyatt Sicks. A post from the official AMC TV X account noted the duo’s name. The announcement reads, “After taking on the Hardys, syX will be in the iMPACT! Zone this week 👀 Don’t miss #TNAiMPACT THURSDAY at 9/8c on AMC & AMC+!”

During last week’s iMPACT!, two masked men ambushed The Hardys (Matt and Jeff Hardy). They were then unmasked to reveal Sawyer and Shaw. TNA also announced that the duo officially signed with the promotion.

Tomorrow’s TNA iMPACT!, featuring an appearance from syX, will air on AMC and AMC+ tomorrow at 9:00 pm ET. Here’s the updated lineup:

* Mustafa Ali & Special Agent 0 vs. The Great Hands
* Ricky Sosa vs. Cedric Alexander
* Zoey Serrano vs. Indie Hartwell
* Leon Slater vs. Joe Alonzo
* Moose vs. AJ Francis
* Mr. Elegance vs. BDE
* syX to speak
* Tribute to PAC

After taking on the Hardys, syX will be in the iMPACT! Zone this week 👀
