GCW Opposing AEW Fight Forever Trademark, Companies Engaged In Settlement Talks

GCW is opposing AEW’s trademark of Fight Forever for their upcoming video game, with the two sides in settlement talks. Wrestling Inc reports that paperwork was filed with the USPTO opposing the trademark of the trademark for Fight Forever. The paperwork was filed on March 1st and asks for a time extension to oppose the trademark, noting:

“Potential opposer believes that good causes are established for this request by:

1. The potential opposer needs additional time to investigate this claim.

2. The potential opposer needs additional time to confer with counsel.

3. The potential opposer is engaged in settlement discussions with applicant.

GCW is asking for an extension until May 31st.
