Devin Clark said he plans to stay at middleweight once he’s done with facing Jan Blachowicz at UFC Fight Night 118. Clark spoke with MMAjunkie ahead of the fight, which takes place on this weekend’s show. Highlights are below:

On planning to stay at middleweight: “Being at Jackson-Winkeljohn longer…This is my fourth camp, working with Jon Jones a lot, but also everybody else at Jackson Wink. Coming from South Dakota, where I didn’t have much training, that’s a huge change in my progression.”

On Blachowicz: “He’s a tough dude. Nobody’s finished him in the UFC, and he’s fought some really good opponents. So obviously, I have to fight smart. But I know I can finish him if I want to. I know what I can do, and I know what he can do, and I know at the end of the day, I can come out on top.”
