Domestic Violence Charges Dropped Against Jon Jones As Part of Plea Deal

December 16, 2021 | Posted by Jeremy Thomas

Jon Jones has made a plea deal with authorities in Las Vegas that has seen domestic violence against him dropped. As previously reported, Jones was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of domestic violence back in September after police in Las Vegas were called on a domestic disturbance call involving the UFC veteran and his fiancée. He was charged with domestic battery and injuring or disabling a vehicle.

According to F4W Online, Jones pleaded no contest to the charges of injuring or disabling a vehicle and as a result, the domestic battery charges were dropped. Jones must pay $750 in the victim of the property damage and attend anger management counseling, and must “stay out of trouble” according to the sentence.
