MMA Junkie reports that former UFC and Bellator fighter Paul Bradley (23-6) has signed a deal with WSOF. Details of his debut have not been announced yet, but Bradley expects to debut in November. Here are highlights of an interview with Bradley:

On joining the WSOF roster: “I’m ready to start a new chapter and test my skills in a new organization. I’d like to get in there sooner. If something falls out, he told me to be ready.”

On becoming a free agent: “I had been told I was going to get a big contender fight, and unfortunately, the contract never came to fruition. I got put on the back burner a little bit. I was in a limbo, hanging out, and kept on waiting. About two weeks ago, I got in touch with (Bellator matchmaker) Rich Chou, and apparently, there’s too many fighters on the roster and not enough events. Instead of waiting around, I decided to push free agency and go from there.”

On how quickly he could get a title fight: “With a big win, I could possibly be in title contention right away, but let’s be realistic: It’s probably two good wins. The roster isn’t huge, but the talent is there right now. I just need to be dominant, finish fights and get the job done.”
